North Korea Won't Come to Six Party Talks- Yet - Still Assessing US Position

The Washington Times has a UPI story that says North Korea not ready for six-party talks.

Seems they're a little stunned (along with so many US Democrats) by the Bush re-election.
North Korea "still wants to assess U.S. policy toward the country," a source said, adding North Korea is particularly interested in President Bush's State of the Union message in January, as well as personnel changes in the State Department following his re-election.

News flash to DPRK: Things are not going to get better for you. Time to meet.
