Malaysia wants to work with Indonesia to fight piracy

Not unexpectedly, as it is feeling the heat, Malaysia seeks cooperation from Indonesia in working the issue of pirates of the Strait of Malacca issue as reported here
Malaysia has requested closer cooperation from neighbouring Indonesia in the fight against growing pirate attacks on merchant ships in the Malacca Strait, a report said Sunday.

"We have requested for more cooperation from the Indonesian government in this matter," Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak was quoted as saying by the New Sunday Times newspaper.
