Proof that the system works: "Most people aren't radioactive."

One bit of good news in this article is that it shows that at least one US anti-terrorism system is capable of doing what is supposed to do. Nice quote at the end:

"You figure on the interstate highways people are going to ship things that shouldn't be shipped," the doctor said. "Most people aren't radioactive. If they are, you'd probably want to know why. Are you carrying weapons grade plutonium, or did you just get a stress test?"

Obviously, the woman involved got a couple of stress tests in one day.
