More on Israeli ship attacked by missiles

Found here:
An investigation into the Hizbullah terrorist attack on an Israeli Navy boat last Friday shows that missile systems were not prepared to intercept the Iranian-made rocket. Four sailors were killed in the incident.

The Israeli warship had only 20 seconds to respond and was lacking intelligence information that would have prepared Naval officers to respond. The missile exploded above the ship but caused a shock wave which resulted in a fire and a hole in the boat.
I'd say, except for the four dead crew, the Israeli ship was pretty lucky it wasn't worse.
