Happy New Year!

All the best for the New Year to all of you!



New Year's goals?

My goal is to run the Houston Marathon in January 2009, which will be the 25th anniversary of my first marathon in 1984 (and the 20th anniversary of my fifth marathon) and 8 years after my stroke.



Those who have seen me know that the first part of 2008 will involve getting back down to running weight, coupled with the early phases of getting back into shape. I will be following a slightly modified version of Hal Higdon's Marathon Training Plans from here. You are invited to join me...

I'll do an occasional post on progress.

Then there are those other goals involving family, money, etc.

Remember, plan your dive and dive your plan!
