Friday Fun Film: "Navy Wings of Gold" (1964)
Today our younger son will put on his "Navy Wings of Gold" - joining his older brother in that fraternity.
Very happy for him - and for his fellow "wingees."
I've always joked that your competence depends on the number of gold anchors on your wings. As both an enlisted Aircrewman and a (mustang) Naval Flight Officer, I had THREE.
